How it works

  1. We track the questions. Real user questions to AI engines in your category, with how often they're asked (yes, AI questions have measurable volume now).
  2. We read the answers. Which brands get named, in what order, and which sources the AI cites as evidence.
  3. You get the delta. Weekly email: mention share, question wins/losses, new cited sources — and where the fight actually is.

The honest contract

  1. We will never sell you “guaranteed AI rankings.” Nobody controls model answers.
  2. Every number is a dated, verifiable pull. The sample report is a real one — pulled 2026-07-18, not mocked up.
  3. What you can control is the evidence surface AI reads — and knowing it changed is the whole game.

Common questions

Which AI engines does the tracker query?

ChatGPT, via weekly pulls against the DataForSEO LLM-mentions API — the same commercial substrate the enterprise tools use. The sample report is a real ChatGPT pull (pulled 2026-07-18). We list a platform only once we can pull it weekly, so the tier cards always state current coverage.

How are the tracked questions chosen?

A fixed panel per category: real user questions to AI engines, each with measured ask volume (AI questions have measurable volume now). Fixed is the point — running the same panel every week is what makes a win or loss a signal instead of noise.

What counts as a mention?

Your brand or domain named in the AI's answer to a panel question. The report breaks that into mention share (you vs competitors), question-level wins and losses, and the sources the answer cites as evidence — the cited sources are the actionable part.

Is the sample report real data?

Yes — an actual pull from our pipeline, pulled 2026-07-18: calendly.com vs cal.com vs acuityscheduling.com on ChatGPT. It is the same CiteWatch report subscribers will get weekly, with deltas against their own history.

When does it launch, and what does the waitlist get me?

The weekly engine is not live yet — CiteWatch is in the waitlist stage. Joining costs one email address; you get one message when we launch, and founding subscribers get 50% off for a year.
